Waffle Iron Omelet

2 Eggs
3 T Milk
1 T Each omelet ingredients such as diced ham, crumbled bacon, crumbled sausage, diced green or red pepper, diced green onion, shredded cheese, red pepper flakes, Hot pepper flakes, chopped broccoli, diced mushrooms or whatever you like!
Salt and pepper
Oil or Non-stick spray


Preheat waffle iron and grease well with oil or spray on both top and bottom. Whisk eggs and milk in a medium bowl. Stir in remaining omelet ingredients of choice and salt and pepper. Carefully pour into hot waffle iron using a spoon to evenly distribute ingredients. Fill waffle iron until egg mixture just covers the top of the waffle section dividers. Close top of iron and cook until your waffle maker done indicator comes on. Serve hot with ketchup, salsa, chili sauce, or whatever toppings you like.
